AFTER YOU SEND THIS

What happens next.

  1. You send the form. You get a reference number on screen straight away.
  2. We read it and contact you on the channel you chose.
  3. On the first call we ask about the problem and say honestly whether we can help.
  4. If we can, you get a written proposal with scope and fee. You pay nothing until you have read it.
Not sure which service you need? Choose “Help me choose” and describe the problem. We will pick the right one with you.

We write the scope down before any work starts, and we do not promise business results.

YOUR DETAILS

Four fields are required.

The rest help us prepare, and you can skip them.

Two or three sentences are enough.

Four fields are required. We use your details only to reply to you and prepare for the call. How we handle your details.

BEFORE THE CALL

What to have ready.

You already hold most of this. A rough figure is fine, and a gap is fine too. Tell us which numbers you do not have.

  • Sales for the last three months, as one figure per month.
  • The main cost lines for the same months: salaries, materials or stock, rent and loan repayments.
  • A list of customers who owe you money, with the amount and how long each has been owing.
  • The names and roles of the people who report to you.
  • The one problem, in a single sentence.

ON THE CALL

What we will ask you.

  1. What does the business sell, and to whom?
  2. How many people work in it, and who do they answer to?
  3. Which decisions still wait for you?
  4. When did you first notice the problem, and what did you try?
  5. Which numbers do you check each month, and which do you wish you could see?
  6. What would have changed in a year if this went well?

AFTER THE CALL

What you leave with.

If we can help, you receive a written scope before anything starts. It sets out:

  • The problem as we understood it, in your words and ours.
  • The deliverables, each named, with how you will check it is done.
  • What your team does and what we do.
  • What is outside the work.
  • The review points, and the fee with payment terms.

If we cannot help, we say so on the call and name who can, where we know.

YOUR DETAILS

What happens to what you send.

  • The form stores your name, business, phone, the service you picked and the problem you described.
  • Team members who handle enquiries see it. It is used to reply and to prepare, nothing else.
  • Write to hello@gullybusiness.com and we delete it. The privacy page has the full list.

TWO GOOD FIRST MESSAGES

What a useful description looks like.

Both are invented to show the shape. Neither is a client, and the figures are made up.

Illustrative: owner of a clinic

“I run a clinic with two doctors and six other staff. Our diary looks full, yet cash is thin at month end. Last month 30 of 150 booked slots were missed, which is 20 percent. Reception follows up some missed patients and not others. I want to know where the money is going and who should own follow-up. I can share three months of billing.”

Illustrative: owner of a small manufacturer

“We make fabricated parts with 22 people. Orders are up, but 14 of our last 40 deliveries were late, which is 35 percent. Dispatch gets the blame. I suspect drawing changes reach the shop floor late. I want one workflow fixed first. I can share the last 40 order dates and promised dates.”

Both name the business, the size, one number and one question. Neither needs polish. Go to the form.
