VISA CONSULTANTS

Visa Consultancy Owner: Client Updates and Fee Discipline

An applicant calls for the third time this week. His file is with the embassy, there is nothing new to say, and your counsellor either hides in vague answers or promises something nobody can promise.

We advise on how the consultancy runs: how fees are staged, what the counsellor says at each step, how cases are tracked, how workload is spread and how refunds are written. We do not assess eligibility or promise approvals. The authority decides each case.

COMMON CHALLENGES

The pressures
we often see.

OUR FOCUS AREAS

Where the work
usually starts.

START THIS WEEK

Things you can do
before you call anyone.

  1. List every active applicant and the date you last told them anything. Send each one a short factual status message this week, even if the news is only that the file is waiting.
  2. Hypothetical example: if twelve of forty applicants call weekly, fix a Friday update and see whether calls fall. Count them before and after.
  3. Read your own sales script aloud and underline every phrase that could be heard as a promise. Remove or reword them.

A PRACTICAL ENGAGEMENT

Start with the priorities
that matter most.

We begin by understanding how your business runs today, find the gaps, and agree the scope in writing. Recommendations are shaped around your team, your resources and your goals.

  • A first-meeting script and sheet explaining process, fees and limits in plain words
  • A case board with fixed weekly update dates for every client
  • A role chart for counsellor, case officer, document checker and accounts
  • A fee and refund summary one page long for each service type

Not the right fit when: We cannot advise on eligibility, refusals or complaints about agents. A registered consultant, a lawyer or the authority concerned handles those. If your registration is in doubt, fix that first.
