LUXURY AND PREMIUM BRAND RETAILERS

Premium Retail Owner: Few Customers, High Stakes Per Sale

A regular client buys a watch twice a year, speaks to one salesperson only, and that salesperson has just resigned. Your stock is worth more than the shop, and the brand's year-end target is a number you cannot ignore.

We help you build a client book that belongs to the business, set discount and allowance rules, and design a review of stock held against sales. We coach your store managers and senior staff. We leave authenticity, brand agreements or tax matters to others.

COMMON CHALLENGES

The pressures
we often see.

OUR FOCUS AREAS

Where the work
usually starts.

START THIS WEEK

Things you can do
before you call anyone.

  1. Ask each senior salesperson to list their top twenty clients with last purchase date. Put them into one shared sheet that belongs to the shop.
  2. Hypothetical example: a brand asks you to buy ₹80 lakh of stock for the year and you expect to sell ₹65 lakh. The ₹15 lakh gap is cash you carry into the next year.
  3. Write down who may approve a discount of what size, and put it on one page in the manager's drawer. Review the exceptions each Friday.
  4. Choose one request from last month, such as a repair or alteration, and trace it from promise to delivery. Note where it waited.

A PRACTICAL ENGAGEMENT

Start with the priorities
that matter most.

We begin by understanding how your business runs today, find the gaps, and agree the scope in writing. Recommendations are shaped around your team, your resources and your goals.

  • A client book format and an update routine for the whole sales team
  • A stock-versus-sales review sheet and a brand target worksheet
  • A discount authority chart with an exception log
  • A senior staff retention and incentive note, with a succession routine for key clients

Not the right fit when: This does not fit if the main matter is a dispute with the brand over the agreement, or a question about authenticity of a piece. A lawyer or the brand should handle those first.
