Swiss Business Owners: Remote Help with Cash, Process and Growth

Switzerland is a small country with an outsized habit of selling abroad. Machine, electrical and metal makers ship specialised products to many markets. Watchmaking clusters along the Jura arc. Around Basel, pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech firms share a city, and hotels fill the mountain valleys in both seasons.

Many owner-run businesses here are suppliers or small producers inside someone else's chain. Think of a component maker for a watch brand, a precision shop serving a machine builder, or a family hotel in a mountain village. The worries are familiar. Orders swing with a few customers, cash waits on larger buyers, and a founder holds every decision. For a workshop or hotel like these, we would start with a call from India about orders and cash, then put a scope on paper with the fee in Swiss francs. The rupee figures on our trade pages are only illustrations.

COMMON CHALLENGES

Challenges that come up
in businesses here.

TIME ZONE

Working across
the time gap.

Winter UTC+1, summer UTC+2. Swiss clocks go forward in summer; India's do not. Winter finds India 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Zurich, and summer trims that to 3 hours 30 minutes.

We book the first call once the scope of the problem is clear, so the conversation starts from your business and not from a calendar.

HOW WE WORK

How we work with owners
in Switzerland.

We have no office in Switzerland. We work with owners by phone and video, from India.

  1. First call by phone or video, to hear how your business runs and what is stuck.
  2. A written scope that says what we will look at, what you will receive and what we need from you, with the fee written in your currency.
  3. Your first sheet: the one page of numbers or decisions that the work starts from.
  4. A review rhythm agreed with you, so the work is checked against what actually happened.

Tax, employment, immigration, licensing and regulatory questions stay with local professionals and the authority in Switzerland. Our advice stays on how the business is run.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you
get in touch.

No. Our work for Swiss owners is done remotely from India, over phone and video, and nothing physical exists in Switzerland: no premises, staff or partners. Better you hear that before the first call than after.

Yes, in Swiss francs. Following the first call you get the scope in writing along with a fee in that currency, with time to think it over. You are free to decline the scope.

Those belong to Swiss accountants, lawyers and the authorities themselves. Rules on tax, hiring, employment, residence permits and regulation sit outside our advice; we speak about cash, process and growth in running the business.

A first call comes first: customers, how orders arrive, where cash sticks. After that you receive the scope on paper, with the fee in francs. Terms with those customers are for your own adviser.
