PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION INSTITUTES
Certification Institute Owners: Batch Quality, Exam Fees, Faculty
A batch for an accounting certification has twenty names, but only twelve have paid the full fee and four have not confirmed an exam date. The exam body's registration deadline is next Friday, and the faculty payment is due.
We help you screen who is likely to sit the exam, separate exam money from tuition money, and plan faculty cost per batch. We cover the business side only. We do not teach, certify or promise exam results.
Discuss your priorities ↗COMMON CHALLENGES
The pressures
we often see.
- 01Demo attendees join in enthusiasm, but many have no exam date in mind, so attendance and fee payment fall off a few weeks into the course.
- 02Exam registration money passes through the institute, and mixing it with tuition and running costs creates confusion at every exam deadline.
- 03Faculty are often practising professionals with busy seasons, so classes get rescheduled around their audit or filing work.
- 04Batch sizes are uneven across courses, and the institute keeps running thin batches because closing one feels like admitting defeat.
- 05Study material is updated by the awarding body, and old printed stock sits unsold in the store.
OUR FOCUS AREAS
Where the work
usually starts.
- 01Enrolment form that records the student's intended exam sitting
- 02Exam fee money kept in a separate sheet and reconciled before each deadline
- 03Faculty availability around professional busy seasons, planned a term ahead
- 04Minimum batch size and the decision rule for closing a batch
- 05Printed material stock tied to the current syllabus edition
- 06Fee instalments linked to course milestones
- 07Attendance and mock-exam participation tracked weekly
- 08Student feedback from those who sat the exam, collected after results
START THIS WEEK
Things you can do
before you call anyone.
- For the current batch, write next to each student the exam sitting they plan for. Anyone with no date is a risk for attendance and for your fee collection.
- Hypothetical example: if 20 students pay ₹30,000 each and a faculty member costs ₹2,40,000 for the batch, the margin before rent is ₹3,60,000. Two dropouts would cut that visibly.
- Print the stock list of study material and mark each item with its edition. Anything outdated gets a clearance decision this week.
A PRACTICAL ENGAGEMENT
Start with the priorities
that matter most.
We begin by understanding how your business runs today, find the gaps, and agree the scope in writing. Recommendations are shaped around your team, your resources and your goals.
- An enrolment and screening form that captures exam intent
- An exam-money tracker kept apart from tuition and running cost
- A faculty calendar and cover plan for busy professional seasons
- A batch viability sheet with a close-or-continue rule
Not the right fit when: Come back later if the awarding body's recognition of your institute is in question. Settle that with the body and an adviser before anything else.
